Zobel has over the years been known for utilizing her highly motivated, experienced and skillful crew to deliver on construction schemes in accordance with contract conditions while adhering to required standards of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).
Designing to Budgets
For Clients with cost limits, beyond which they must not exceed, we design to stay within such budgets and yet satisfy all basic requirements – (Cost Modeling).
Costing Construction Designs
For Clients with designs which satisfy their requirements and who have no cost hindrances, we simply cost such designs to guide the client.
Project Management
We engage on all aspects of project management including advising on the selection and appointment of the project team; drawing up programme of activities and co-coordinating the activities of the delivery professionals and monitoring progress to achieve the desired completion time.
Facility Management
We undertake Facility Managements of estates and/or single properties wherein our activities encompass a range of disciplines and services to ensure the functionality, comfort, safety and efficiency of a built environment – buildings and grounds infrastructure.
Upgrading and Refurbishment Schemes
Zobel has executed and continues to execute medium and extensive Upgrading and Refurbishment schemes to clients’ satisfaction.

We maintain an Interiors & Furnishing department which handles final touches and fittings whenever and wherever required.

In line with its overseas Technical and Business Partnership, among other collaborations, Zobel Nigeria Limited is the Nigerian Representative of the renowned AL DHABI – (CONTRACTING & FALSE CEILING COMPANY) of Egypt. They are not only the Sole Licensee in Egypt for manufacturing the famous HUNTER DOUGLAS (of The Netherlands) metal ceilings but also the Sole Licensee in Egypt for the manufacture of UK GSP Ceilings apart from producing their own metal profiles.
